E&A hosted events and activities for youth ages 14-21 are always a huge success. We are now outsourcing these services to the community. Each package includes set up and break down for the DMV Area, and all proceeds go towards supporting Excellence & Ambition’s OST Programs.

  • 1 Snack Table Set Up (Candy Provided)

  • 8 Centerpieces

  • Table Settings with Chargers and Napkins

Platinum Event Services include:

  • Event Consultant

  • 1 Digital Flyer

  • 1 10×10 Backdrops

  • 1 Balloon Garland with Accessories

  • 2 Balloon Towers

  • 1 Snack Table Set Up (Candy and backdrop Provided)

  • 12 Centerpieces

  • Table Place Settings with Chargers and Napkins

  • Event Decorating Service Agreement must be signed 60 days prior to the event date.

  • We require a minimum of 2 hours set up, and 1 hour break down time.

  • Fee is Non-Refundable, but we will work to ensure quality and provide premium customer service to the best of our ability.

  • Reschedule Dates are acceptable for unforeseen circumstances and must be made 2 weeks out from event. Canceled events will not be refunded.

  • Fee includes our Business Liability Insurance

  • For Quality Assurance we will not use balloons purchased by customers; but will use accessories and table setting materials provided by customers.
